Josh is a certified Personal Trainer and an active Muay Thai Kickboxer. His approach to fitness programming utilizes progressive kettlebell lifting and Muay Thai kickboxing as its core. Around those core disciplines, strategic metabolic conditioning, primal movement practice, and functional mobility work are added to create a well-rounded and extremely effective program for optimum body re-composition, improved athleticism, and general awesomeness.
